Found this site which is offering free vBulletin Rank icons.

Both rank icons are in PNG format and transparent background. So, you can use theme on any background forum.

If you own a Vbulletin forum, than you must know how to BAN a user. Only administrator,  moderatir and user with this feature can BAN other user.

  1. Copy Username of user want to ban.
  2. Enter Administrator/ Moderator control panel
  3. Navigate to: USer -> Ban user -> Enter the user name, select “Banned User” as usergroup, select number of Ban days.
  4. Click “Ban User”
